This anecdote illustrates our agility in responding to a staffing challenge:

A client company had been doing multiple hiring, trying to build up several new teams within their growing order processing department. The applicant market was tight so the client called us and 2 larger agencies to ask for help in finding more job candidates.

The larger agencies agreed there was a shortage and said there wasn't much that they couldn't do much about it.

However, this is the type of challenge that we love. We immediately swung into action, dedicating the next several days (and a night or two) to sourcing and scouting qualified job candidates. With a little discipline and focused hard work, by the time the interviews came around, we had supplied the client with 16 excellent candidates, seven of which they hired for the order processing job openings and one extra for an administrative assistant opening that popped up.
